We’ve noticed that some users are uploading KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to the support portal, while others are submitting project-related files—such as executive summaries, contracts, and transaction offers—to the banking portal. While we understand the confusion, this misplacement of files can delay the processing of your transactions.
To ensure efficient service, please follow the correct procedure:
1. Submit KYC Documents via the Banking Portal
All KYC files must be uploaded exclusively through the banking portal at https://uscapitalprivatebank.com.

Begin by creating an account and verifying your email address.

After verification, log in and you’ll see a KYC section in the center of the dashboard with a “Click Here to Submit KYC” link.

Once your KYC submission is complete, you may log out and proceed to the next step.
2. Submit Project Files via the Support Portal
All transaction-related documents—including agreements, contracts, proposals, instruments, proof of product (POP) documents, and similar files—must be uploaded through the support portal at https://projects.uscpb.net.

Register and create a support portal account using the same email address.

Save your login credentials, as this portal is where you’ll conduct most of your interaction with your assigned wealth management advisor or relationship manager.
Important Tips:

If you do not receive the verification email during banking portal registration, simply click "Forgot Password"—this will trigger a password reset and verify your email address simultaneously.
