🔑 Key Process

  1. KYC Completion
    Before engaging in transactions, we finalize Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify identity and compliance.

  2. Onboarding & Profile Structuring
    Once KYC is complete, we begin structuring your client profile based on the types of transactions you require.

  3. Accessing the Projects Menu

    • Open the Support Window where you submitted your ticket.

    • Click Projects in the menu.

    • Select the appropriate project type to begin.

  4. Uploading Project Information

    • First, upload your Project Summary Document.

    • Then upload related files specific to that project.

  5. Consultation Call
    After your uploads are complete, we schedule an Initial Consultation Call to determine the most effective strategy to achieve your financial goals.

  • All documents, timelines, tasks, and notes are uploaded within the correct project folder.

  • Every discussion related to a transaction remains tied to its corresponding project.
