PRIVATE TRUST DISCLOSURE & CLIENT DOCUMENT SUBMISSION NOTICE

I. NOTICE OF JURISDICTION & TRUST STRUCTURE

The entities referenced below—including but not limited to:
U.S. CAPITAL PRIVATE BANK, E.T.O. / USCPB / U.S.C.P.B. / USCPB, E.T.O. / U.S. CAPITAL FUNDING II, E.T.O. / U.S. CAPITAL FINANCE, LLC / U.S. CAPITAL BANK, AND/OR U.S. CAPITAL BANK & TRUST
—along with all associated holdings and subsidiary companies, are the component arms of a singular International Irrevocable Private Express Banking Institutional Trust (hereinafter “USCPB”).

USCPB is established under Common Law and governed exclusively by the Canons of Divine Law—pre-emptive to statutory, commercial, or public law—functioning in the jurisdiction of Divine Law over Sovereign Law.

USCPB is a Private Trust. It is not a corporate or statutory entity.

II. ACCEPTANCE & BINDING ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By accepting this communication or accessing any related documentation, you, the Recipient, hereby:

  • Acknowledge and accept the legal standing and Trust Bylaws that govern this Divine Law Trust.

  • Confirm that this is a private trust engagement, exempt from public law jurisdiction, enforcement, or prosecution.

  • Agree that all communications, documents, and content herein are subject to protection under:

    • Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) – 15 USC, Subchapter I, §§ 6801–6809

    • Electronic Communications Privacy Act – 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510–2521

    • Universal Declaration of Human Rights – Article 12

All information shared is considered private property and intellectual property of the Trust Creator(s), and any unauthorized use, disclosure, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

III. RESTRICTIONS ON DISCLOSURE & LIABILITY FOR TRESPASS

No communication or document herein may be forwarded, copied, shared, or disseminated to any third party without written consent of the First Trustee, Grantor, or Settlor. Unauthorized access or use constitutes malicious trespass and may incur the following penalties:

  • Civil Damages: $50,000,000.00 (Fifty Million USD) payable in Gold or Silver Coin per violation.

  • Jurisdiction & Venue: Admiralty/Maritime Law and Common Law, non-domestic and outside of the UNITED STATES.

  • Additional Penalties: Full legal pursuit and criminal indictment under applicable laws and trust bylaws.

IV. REQUIRED DOCUMENT SUBMISSION PACKAGE

All the following documents must be returned as one complete package. Do not email documents individually.
Documents must be:

  • Clearly legible

  • Signed in blue wet ink

  • Authenticated by notary seal, fingerprint, or official stamp, where required

  • Digital copies must be scanned in color (PDF, JPEG, TIFF accepted)

✅ MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:

  1. Client Intake Form – Fully completed (2 pages). All fields must be filled; use "N/A" if not applicable.

  2. Copy of Passport or Government-Issued ID – Enlarged (8.5” x 11” or A4, 129%), notarized.

  3. Recent Bank Statement – Verifying entity legitimacy and capacity for closing costs (non-blacklisted).

  4. Utility Bill – Color copy as proof of address.

  5. Signed Smart Plan Agreement – This document, signed in blue ink.

  6. Authorization to Verify Form – Grants permission to verify documents submitted.

  7. Confirmation of Principal & MFPA (if applicable) – To confirm direct contact with the principal party.

  8. Banking Signature Card – Notarized, to verify signatures for transactions.

🟨 ONLY IF APPLICABLE (ASSET-BASED TRANSACTIONS):

  1. Asset Monetization Questionnaire – For clients monetizing assets or using them as collateral.

  2. Proof of Asset Value – Appraisals, assay reports, “proof of life” video, photographs, etc.

  3. Proof of Chain of Custody – Ownership history, custody transfer reports, asset photos with current date, and newspaper next to USCPB letterhead (template provided after signing).

V. FINAL NOTE

This Smart Plan Agreement package is jurisdictional and does not obligate payment unless you voluntarily choose to engage services requiring fees. It is required for any advisory or consultative communication between you and USCPB to commence.

By opening or reading this document, you affirm agreement to its terms, including the jurisdiction of Divine Law, and acknowledge that no public statutory court, agency, or entity may claim authority over these private matters.
