To ensure fast, accurate, and secure posting of wire transfers, US Capital Private Bank requires clients to upload a wire transfer receipt immediately after initiating a wire.

This allows our operations team to quickly identify incoming funds, especially when transfers arrive through correspondent banks where account references may be incomplete or delayed.


📄 What Type of Receipt Is Required?

You may upload either of the following:

✔ Bank-Signed / Stamped Wire Receipt

A receipt or confirmation document issued and signed/stamped by your bank.

✔ Electronic Wire Confirmation

The official electronic receipt or confirmation page generated when you complete a wire transfer through your bank’s online system.

Both formats are accepted as long as the information is clearly visible.


🧾 Required Information on the Receipt

Please ensure the receipt includes:

  • Sender name (your name or entity)

  • Sending bank name

  • Transfer amount

  • Transfer date

  • Reference number (if available)

  • US Capital Private Bank as beneficiary (or related account reference)

  1. Log in to the Support Portal

  2. Open your existing project or support ticket

  3. Upload the wire receipt file

  4. From the dropdown menu, select:
    👉 “Wire Transfer Receipt.”

  5. Submit the upload
