Secure Your Account with Google Authenticator

For your security, we require all users to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using the Google Authenticator app. This will serve as your security key for accessing your bank account.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Download Google Authenticator
Install the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Enable 2FA in the Bank Portal

    • Log in to your online banking account.

    • Click on the “More” link in the top menu.

    • Select “2FA” from the dropdown.

    • Follow the prompt to connect the Authenticator app.

  3. Set Up the Authenticator App

    • Open the Google Authenticator app.

    • Tap the “+” icon in the lower right corner.

    • Select “Scan a QR code.”

    • Use your phone to scan the QR code displayed on the bank portal.

  4. Enter the Code

    • Once scanned, the app will generate a 6-digit code.

    • Enter this code in the appropriate box on the website.

    • Save your settings and close your browser.

In the future, each time you log in, you’ll be prompted to open the Authenticator app and enter your verification code, ensuring only you have access to your account.
