📌 Client Registration and Project Management Guidelines
Each client must have their registration. If your registration is for ABC company, only information about ABC company should be on that portal.
If you are a broker or intermediary and wish to register a client on either the:
-
Net Bank Portal: https://uscapitalprivatebank.com, or
-
Project Portal: https://projects.uscpb.net
Please register the client separately. If you have many Clients, we can open a management portal for you to administer your clients and their data from so that you now are working under a special contract with the bank.
On the registration form, make sure to enter your name under the “Referred By” section. This will automatically link the client to your profile, ensuring that your commission tracking remains accurate.
⚠️ Important:
If you are a registered client, do not submit client projects under your own profile unless you are a direct JV partner. Doing so causes confusion in the ticketing and tracking system.
🏢 Best Practice for Client Collaboration
To maintain clear boundaries and ensure transparency, we recommend creating an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) — such as a company or a trust agreement — between you and your client. Then:
-
Register the SPV on the platform.
-
Grant both parties access to the SPV’s profile.
-
All portal notifications and updates will be visible to both sides, promoting seamless coordination.
✅ Why Is Organization So Important?
-
Ensures Transparency:
Clear separation of profiles ensures that all communications, document submissions, and transactions are traceable and accountable. -
Reduces Errors:
Misfiled projects or tickets under the wrong profile can delay processing, confuse trustees, and jeopardize funding timelines. -
Protects Your Interests:
Accurate referrals ensure you’re properly credited and compensated for your role in the transaction. -
Enhances Compliance:
Regulatory and institutional compliance often requires clear documentation of the roles and identities of all involved parties. -
Streamlines Communication:
When both parties have access to a shared SPV profile, there is no need to forward emails or duplicate uploads—everything is centralized. -
Supports Professionalism:
An organized system reflects professionalism to funders, auditors, and counterparties, increasing the likelihood of successful transactions.
